A Wedding Layout – now page 2 also added.

Finally I have gotten around to doing the first page of my son and his beautiful wife’s wedding. I had been waiting for the right Title page to come past my desk and it had been sitting there waiting for me all the time!! I saw this title page in the catalogue but it was in gold and I wanted it in silver. It dawned on me that because the distributor produces and prints their own papers, maybe they could print it in silver and they could!!  The paper is not blue looking like shown here. This is my camera causing problems.

So here it is and I have listed and linked the products I used from my store below.

Husband & Wife together forever

Husband & Wife Together Forever

I have matted the large photo in Stone, white, then black cardstock and the smaller photos in just white and black.

I used an offcut from one of the photos to cut the circle for the centre of the daisy.

My border punch is about 5 inches long and so I cut two lengths to make it look like it goes right through.

I use double sided tape to put all the products on the page.

There was so  much fun and laughter at their wedding. It was certainly not a “solemn occasion”  in that sense.

The little sentiment at the bottom of the second page tells you why there was laughter in these photos.

The products I have used are:

Pavlova Paper Title page – Silver (Page one)

Silver Floral Scroll  (Page two)

Black – CS32,  Stone – CS01 & Hot Pink – CS84  Cardstock

Bazzill Canvas White Cardstock

Silk Flowers Small Plain Daisy Pink

Whimsy Stamps & Dies –  Double Scallop Border Die

Bella! Wedding Stickers – Phrases

Thank You for taking the time to look.

Card Ideas using the Cinema Chic Card Toppers

When these card toppers came in I just loved them and couldn`t wait to make some cards but I had to think for a few days to decide just how to put them together. Sometimes it is all about what you use in the background to coordinate with them.

I have put the products I used below.

I used a sanding block to distress the edged slightly as I didn`t want to matt all the pictures as they stand alone quite well.

cass - Vintage Chic Lynette 4[1]

cass - Cinema Chic 7

cass - Cinema Chic 8

cass - Cinema Chic 9

Cinema Chic Card Toppers – 12 per pack

DCWV Immortal Love Mat stack

Whimsy Stamps – Eiffel Tower Die & Mini Postage Stamp Die

Whimsy Stamps – Friends & Family Mini Postage Stamp Die

Cherry Lynn Anastasia Lace Die

Bella! Red and Green Bling

A5 Cardstock – White, Black, Cream, Foil  & Chilli

Peel Off – With Love & Best Wishes

Sanding Block or Sandpaper

Bronze Metallic Stamp Pad

From my personal stash: Mesh, DCWV Chateau Lavender Mat stack, Circle Scallop Die, Corner Edger

These toppers would look great on many Off the Page projects. A few suggestions – Wall Art, Box covering, laminated or varnished as coasters

Little Black Dress

I created this card for a very special friend’s birthday using the Whimsy Dress Form Die and the coordinating Stamp set and also the Notables 3 Die – links below.

The little black dress was inspired by a dress my friend wore to one of her sons weddings – she has four sons.

I love the Whimsy Dies. I find them so easy to use in my cuttlebug and the precision cut of the dies is just amazing.  I will certainly be purchasing more in their range of dies and stamps.

I have listed the other products I used below the photos.
